Keep the temperature at the bottom of the tower around 290 degrees, increase the circulation volume and the amount of slurry discharged outside, and add a scale inhibitor for the slurry.
The main reason is a decrease in the cyclone efficiency of the settler or problems with the catalyst; there isn’t much that can be done apart from adjusting the circulation rate of the external slurry.
