As long as the equipment itself can meet the pressure requirements for production, 250 kilograms is no problem! The petrochemical industry is characterized by flammability, explosiveness, high temperatures, and high pressures; it is a high-risk industry even without pressures of 250. Pure numbers alone are not sufficient for training purposes – to be effective in educating people, it is necessary to incorporate real-world scenarios and examples!

However, for the chemical plant projects we are working on now, rather than using valves, we employ external level gauges for liquid chlorine and liquefied gas storage tanks; this helps to effectively prevent leaks of hazardous gases. It is another highlight in terms of safety.
