Can the chlorine vaporizer/buffer tank be located next to the chlorine cylinder storage area?

I have a question for everyone: There is approximately 10 tons of chlorine stored in cylinders (using 1-ton liquid chlorine cylinders). I would like to place the chlorine vaporizer, buffer tank, accident tank, as well as the weighing scale at one end of the storage area. Is this feasible? It would be helpful if you could provide reasons for your answer; I have carefully reviewed the safety regulations for chlorine, but they do not specify anything regarding this matter
This is not usually done for the following reason: 1. Pipelines for toxic gases should be as short as possible, which is why chlorine vaporization units are generally located near the point of use. Reason 2: The gas cylinder storage area is classified as a Type B warehouse, and the vaporization units are part of the process production system; according to building codes, a safety distance of at least 10 meters must be maintained.
