Valve flange thickness

Hello everyone! I’d like to ask everyone a few questions! Is there a **standard** for the thickness of valve flanges? The day before yesterday I encountered a valve with a cast-iron body; it was a gate valve with a DN100 size. The flange was about 10 mm smaller than that of my previous valve (also DN100, with a cast-iron body), and I had to use thicker gaskets in order to resolve the issue when replacing the valve! I would like to ask everyone here whether there is a standard for the thickness of valve flanges?
Additionally, the overall height of the valve has decreased by about 10 mm, and the thickness of the flange on each side has decreased by a few millimeters. Note that the original valve was designed for a pressure of 10 kilograms, while the new valve is capable of withstanding a pressure of 16 kilograms; the flanges of the new valve are several millimeters smaller than those of the old valve!
Check whether the standards applied to the old and new valves are the same; if they are, then consult the flange standards referenced. The flange standards specify clear requirements

These days, valve manufacturers are full of fraudsters; they pose as manufacturers designated by the former Ministry of Machinery, but in reality they are just small workshops that pass off inferior products as high-quality ones. I’ve encountered such cases myself. I think your situation is that of a non-standard product or one that has been put together piecemeal.
The flange standard is generally HG20592; it sets strict requirements regarding the diameter and thickness of the flange. I guess you’ve bought a cheap product with substandard quality
