The coke output from the three shifts starts at the same time; the production volume of the morning and night shifts is roughly the same, while the difference for the afternoon shift can be over 1 ton. The process control remains the same; the same situation occurs after three shifts.
How is it possible that the numbers are the same? Is it 24 hours of coking? If the coking time is forced to be averaged across furnace numbers, the effect of volatile matter can be taken into consideration.
