On October 5th, while many people were still celebrating National Day, an accident resulting in death occurred in my project – a case of electric shock. It’s really a shame at just 23 years old. The root cause of this accident was the failure to implement three-level power distribution and two-level protection. It is hoped that this painful lesson will serve as a wake-up call for those who have not followed the electrical safety regulations.
I don’t know what to say. Many times it is our ignorance, many times it is our recklessness, and many times it is the shamelessness of managers.
I have been working for 20 years and have seen many death accidents. The main reasons for the accident are as follows: 1. The management system is relatively comprehensive, but it is not strictly enforced. 2. Accident prevention measures were not implemented strictly. 3 Accidents caused by improper operations or commands. 4. Poor safety awareness and complacency.
Safety work is important, but it often remains just words; action is taken only after an accident occurs, by which time it’s already too late.

Three-level power distribution: Equipped with three types of standard electrical panels – the main power distribution panel, the distribution panel, and the switch panel. The switch box should comply with the principle of one machine, one box, one switch, and one leakage protector. The electrical appliances in the three types of electrical boxes should be of qualified quality ; Two-level protection: Select leakage protectors from the main distribution boxes and switch boxes that meet the capacity requirements and are of satisfactory quality. This not only facilitates the maintenance of the on-site electrical system and ensures construction safety, but it also represents standardized management and civilized construction at the site. Therefore, it is crucial to implement a proper setup for \"three-level power distribution and two-level protection.\"
Well, I guess it won’t make much of a difference; safety accidents will continue to occur in the country for a long time.
