What is the most important factor to consider when designing a side-mounted high-voltage distribution cabinet?

I majored in chemical processing equipment, but my company specializes in electrical equipment. Recently, my supervisor wants to design a side-mounted high-voltage distribution cabinet with some innovative features; I’m really stuck and don’t know where to start. I’d appreciate advice from those who are more experienced in this field – everyone’s input is welcome! I am extremely grateful

Well, that’s what it means – the circuit breaker is installed on the left or right frame of the cabinet. By ‘center-mounted’, you mean that the front side of the circuit breaker can be seen from the front of the cabinet, while ‘side-mounted’ means that the side of the circuit breaker can be seen from the front of the cabinet
Wow, it’s installed on the side – how do you pull out that circuit breaker? Pull it out while leaning to the side?
