For the fence around a chemical plant area, I’ve never built a fence before; can I use masonry along with structural columns? How do you create a foundation? Is a strip foundation feasible?
Find the national and local standard atlases for \"Fences and Gates\", and design by referring to those atlases. If the bearing stratum is shallow, a strip foundation can be used, but this is somewhat wasteful; if the bearing stratum is deep, it is better to use separate pier foundations along with foundation beams.
The form of the foundation is determined based on height and geological conditions. Using the layout from the atlas is also fine
A stone foundation will do; just make it strip-shaped
Use masonry with structural columns and a plain concrete strip foundation; there’s no problem, as long as the height is properly controlled
