Axial flow fan static blade adjustment mechanism

The static vane control mechanism of the catalytic axial flow fan has failed; as part of the unit’s self-protection system, the main fan cannot have its static vanes controlled automatically before it is activated, but now it is possible to control them. The unit has been switched to automatic operation, and the static blades should be capable of being adjusted; however, they can no longer be adjusted and have been set directly to 22 degrees. Everything is reversed. Have you encountered this situation before? Please help analyze it – it’s an emergency
