Hello, thank you all for your replies. Maybe I didn’t express myself clearly enough. The reality is as follows: our group has PVC and caustic soda projects that are about to start trial operations (both with a capacity of 400,000 tons), as well as larger-scale projects for PVC, caustic soda, and calcium carbide that are currently in the planning stage. I just want to understand the most advanced staffing standards in the industry at present; thank you all for providing this information. If possible, it would be best to visit your company for a study tour; a certain fee can be paid for that.
There are already very few staff members in the correspondence department, but I think it can still be reduced further.
