Dear sea friends: Hello everyone. I am a college student about to graduate. I would like to know what I should do to stand out in a factory in the future. I know that one must be honest in dealing with people, and have solid technical skills. But we students who have just entered society lack all of these. Are there any certificates or professional titles that need to be obtained, such as a chemical engineering engineer title? By the way, what materials are needed to prepare for the exam to become a chemical engineering engineer?
Do it first and then see; it’s still too early for anything. It is only after working for at least a year and being recognized as an assistant that there is a need to pursue further certifications.
When you first start, be honest, work hard, talk less, and focus on mastering the technical skills – these are very different from what’s in books. Only when you become proficient enough will you have the foundation for further growth. After working for a year, take the exam to become an assistant engineer; of course, the more certificates one can get, the better. Seize any opportunities provided by the factory for training.
