What is used as a reference or standard for adjusting the sulfur content (increasing the speed) while driving? Should the fan speed be set to maximum? Is it regulated by the outlet temperature of the sulfur incineration furnace, the chlorine dioxide concentration at the inlet of the first stage of the conversion furnace, or something else?
Here, we generally use the outlet of the sulfur incinerator as a reference point. The temperature at the outlet of the sulfur incinerator is correlated with the gas concentration; however, the reliability of the gas concentration meters is not high, so it is more appropriate to use temperature as the reference. If driving for a long time, the corresponding wind pressure will also result in a certain amount of sulfur spraying. If the sulfur refining pump is variable frequency, the pressure in the sulfur burning furnace will correspond to a certain speed of the sulfur refining pump. When adjusting the load, we generally require a lower gas concentration than under normal operation to prevent the formation of sublimed sulfur.
Temperature is generally correlated with gas concentration; the level of temperature can be used to determine the level of gas concentration. Usually, the temperature inside the sulfur combustion furnace is taken as a reference, as gas concentration meters are not very reliable. However, it is also possible to take samples manually to measure gas concentration; it is recommended to use temperature as the reference for the furnace
