What are the main pathways through which liquid water enters the catalyst bed?

The cold gas bypass is used to control the inlet temperature of the converter, as well as the small amount of water contained in the wet semi-water gas. 2. The superheat of the steam supplied for transformation is low, causing the superheated steam to turn into saturated steam. 3. A humidification and cooling method is employed between the converter sections; the deionized water in the humidifier (after deoxygenation) does not vaporize completely, and some of this water ends up in the catalyst bed. 4. A saturated hot water tower process is used; there is a leak in the hydrogen heater, causing water to enter the shift gas and subsequently the catalyst bed.
In water-coal slurry gasification, when there are many impurities in the gasification water system, it is easy for the trays of the carbon scrubbing tower to become clogged, resulting in excessive wash water flowing over these trays and being carried into the shift unit along with the syngas.
