Recently, the raw material nozzles have been vibrating constantly, especially the third nozzle, which causes the entire raw material processing process to shake as well. What causes it? Is it related to the low raw material flow rate?
It must have caused resonance; adjust it
Adjust the vibration caused by flow deviation by gradually throttling or opening the nozzle manual valve; At the same time, adjust the atomized steam downward.
The flow rate is unstable, right? It should be adjusted properly to avoid any uneven flow.
Does it seem like there’s something inside making a clanging noise? It could be due to unstable feed flow or a damaged check valve
Is it the raw material nozzle used for catalysis? If so, try adjusting the flow rate of the atomizing steam; that should solve the problem. OP, which brand is the nozzle?
There may be impurities or blockages inside; you can repeatedly open and close the manual valve in an attempt to flush out those impurities
Ours vibrates too, but it only vibrates when it starts working! Not active usually. We use CS to touch lips
It might be that oil and steam are competing for flow; check if there have been any changes to the steam pipelines or oil routes
Both the raw oil and slurry nozzles of our catalytic unit have experienced vibration. For the raw oil nozzle, the problem was resolved by shutting down one set of nozzles due to too low a processing volume. The slurry nozzle vibrated severely during its first use, but for some reason it stopped vibrating afterward, haha
