What’s like the working environment? Speaking of myself, I’m from Laiwu, Shandong. The factory employs less than 100 people; it is engaged in oil processing. The minimum salary is 1,500, while the maximum is only 2,200. Salaries for management positions are even lower than those for workers in the production areas (with the manager being an exception). Technicians earn only 1,600. Apart from workers in the production areas, no one gets a health allowance (40 yuan per month). The working environment is poor – it’s extremely smelly

I’m still looking for a job. I’m from Hubei; is it too far to go to Shandong?:’( It’s also not convenient to visit my parents often to check on their health. Being away from home, I still need to go back regularly. At least I don’t want my parents to worry or be concerned about me. A visit home will at least make them happy to see that we’re healthy and have stable jobs, which gives them peace of mind
Then what’s the point? Just leave quickly and go somewhere else
