Actually, the U1600 system is relatively simple. Apart from the few points related to accessing the ESD system, and considering the complex control loop for the vaporizer pressure which is included in the U1300 unit, the only things that are a bit more complicated are the interlock logic for the two pumps and that analysis table; everything else consists of simple control loops
The debugging for the U1600 unit actually involves not much content: 1. Establish the liquid level； 2. Single test pump ； 3. Balance the supply and discharge of boiler water ； 4. Tune the alkali addition system.
