Petroleum and chemical engineering construction techniques and quality management: I. Regarding self-inspection records. ①　Now there is the \"Technical Document for Construction Process\" (SHT3543-2007), and it is required to be used in projects – does that mean the previous self-inspection forms are no longer needed? ②　Are all self-inspection records filled out in accordance with 3543 and submitted for inspection? (There is a generic form 3543-G122 for installation inspection records; all fields are empty. The standard specifies that it can be filled in as needed.) ③　If that’s the case, have the 3543-G122 installation inspection record form, which includes the inspection items and has been updated for various specialties, been prepared? II. Regarding quality acceptance and quality assessment. Generally, there are no clear requirements in the early stages for the two tasks of quality acceptance and quality assessment. I see that there are currently two sets of specifications: one set consists of (GB 50252‑2010 Unified Standards for Quality Inspection of Industrial Installation Projects and GB50300-2001 Unified Standards for Quality Inspection of Building Construction Projects). These standards are titled Unified Standards for Quality Inspection, and the content of the tables can be modified. The other set is organized by specialty, with inconsistent names (Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Electrical Engineering (GB50303-2002), Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering GB50205-2001, SH 3514-2001 Standards for Inspection and Evaluation of Construction Quality of Petrochemical Equipment Installation, GB50185-93 Standards for Inspection and Evaluation of Construction Quality of Insulation Works for Industrial Equipment and Pipelines, GB 50131-2007 Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Automation Instrumentation Engineering – these are the ones mentioned in the design documents). Both sets of forms have their own tables; previously, the content of the tables from the second set was copied into those of the first set, with inspections required to be carried out during the construction process. I would like to ask: ① Are these two sets of forms what is referred to in the concept of \"separation of inspection and evaluation\" as quality acceptance and quality assessment? ②　Does that mean both sets of tables need to be created? ③　If it needs to be done, do both sets of tables have to be prepared and submitted for approval during the process? ④　Are these two sets of forms available?
