Catalyst was added to the cold catalyst tank, and the ejector pump was used to remove it; I don’t know why Thank you
The reasons are: 1. The catalyst is not properly fixed； 2. Catalyst fragmentation ； 3. The power of the jet pump is too high.
At the beginning of vacuuming, there is a trace of catalyst present, but that disappears afterward. Sometimes, when the level of material in the tank is high, some catalyst is also present. There should be a small cyclone before the catalyst is removed – could it be that the flow in the material conduit is not smooth?
It is possible that the steam jet vacuum pump was not properly dehydrated before steam was introduced, or that the outlet valve of the separator’s steam lift pipe was not closed before steam was introduced; as a result, steam condensate flowed back into the feed line, causing catalyst and sludge to block it and leading to leakage in the jet pump. 1. Thoroughly dehydrate before introducing steam ； 2. First, close the centrifuge outlet valve, then introduce steam; open the centrifuge outlet valve only after the jet pump is operating properly.
Does vacuum level affect catalyst extraction?
The vacuum level has no effect on catalyst extraction; it is likely a problem with the cyclone leg.
