I’ve changed jobs; although it’s in a field I really wanted to work in, it’s still a design position where someone else tells you what to do. My three years of previous design experience had already reached a level sufficient for verification, but now I’m at this level – it still feels a bit disheartening.
Build up your skills over time, gain experience, and you’ve also chosen a field that you really want to work in. If you’re really not satisfied, keep looking for another option. Every setback teaches us something; if you change jobs, you’ll be able to find one that’s better.
Keep a lower mindset, and you will be happy. Gold will shine everywhere.
Agree with what was said above; keep a positive mindset, your skills are already there, and it’s good to stay low-key for now!
