For a 6-meter coke oven with a turnover time of 20 hours, what should be the opening degree of the two air vents on the exhaust gas tray? Are the openings of the two air inlets on the same exhaust manifold the same?
It is adjusted based on the tuyere pressure and the air excess coefficient. Should it be heated with coke oven gas? The opening degrees of the large and small dampers are generally different, but their areas are roughly the same. The machine focus side is different
I measured it myself: the two air inlets on the same exhaust manifold are 260 square units in size and 3660 square units in size respectively. Why are the sizes of these two air inlets different? For a 6-meter coke oven with a turnover time of 20 hours, what should be the appropriate size of the openings for the two air inlets?
