Seeking advice on high-pressure pipeline sealing issues

I have a pipeline with an inner diameter of 200, and the required internal pressure is 140 MPa. I need to design a seal for the pipeline end; it’s an oil transport pipeline operating at around 100°C
Can’t we just use a blind flange and screw it on with bolts?
140 MPa is a good pressure level. For safety reasons, I personally suggest welding it directly; it would be better to wait for an expert to give guidance~
