What are the reasons for insufficient syngas flow?
Previous process: The compressor has a low air volume, the inlet and outlet valves are open to a small degree, and there is air leakage in the outlet pipeline. Synthesis process: low circulation gas volume, high vent gas volume, open or leaking vent valves, instrument failures. Personal opinion!
The compressor’s speed is insufficient, so it cannot deliver enough volume.
