MVR evaporator

Our company has successfully secured a project for a sodium sulfate MVR evaporator with an evaporation capacity of 130 tons per hour. :) No raw steam is required during the evaporation process. It significantly reduces operating costs while also enabling energy conservation and emission reduction. Its working process involves compressing steam at a low temperature using a compressor, which increases its temperature and pressure as well as its enthalpy; thereafter, the steam enters a heat exchanger where it condenses, thereby making full use of the latent heat of the steam. Apart from starting the engine, no steam is required throughout the evaporation process. During the multi-effect evaporation process, the secondary steam from one effect of the evaporator cannot be used directly as a heat source for that same effect; it can only serve as a heat source for the subsequent effects. If it is to serve as a heat source in this process, additional energy must be supplied to it in order to raise its temperature (pressure). Steam jet pumps can only compress a portion of the secondary steam, whereas MVR evaporators are capable of recycling all of the secondary steam generated in the evaporator. If you need an MVR evaporator, feel free to contact me – Zhu Wenyu, 15995226889 :) :)

Is no steam supplementation needed at all during operation?
