Let’s discuss the process technology aspects; the tower reactors we are using currently work very well. Short production cycle and high conversion rate.1. Product Name: Ethoxyquin; Ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline
Structural formula:
Molecular formula: C14H19NO
Molecular weight: 217.30
2. Physicochemical Properties: Light brown viscous liquid. Boiling point 169°C (1.47 kPa), 123–125°C (0.267 kPa). Relative density 1.029–1.031 (25/25°C). Refractive index 1.569–1.672 (25°C). Soluble in benzene, gasoline, ether, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, propane, and dichloroethane; insoluble in water. It has relatively stable properties. 3. Technical requirements: Parameter name, Parameter value – Crude oil: 30%; Powder form: 60%. Appearance: Light brown viscous liquid; Color: Brownish-red or yellow-brown to brown. Purity (%): ≥96.0 for crude oil, 30.0 for the powder form, 60.0 for the same. p-Aminophenyl ether (%): ≤1.0 for crude oil, 0.6 for the powder form, 0.6 for the same. Arsenic (%): ≤0.0003 –; Heavy metals (as Pb): ≤0.001 –. 4. Applications of the product: Used as an antioxidant in feed and food, as a preservative, and as an anti-aging agent for rubber. II.
