Tower installation issues

This post was last edited by WQC on 2011-3-11 09:21. A new unit has been installed; the design office hasn’t provided the template drawings for the tower, and the foundation is offset. What is the best way to carry out the installation?
Recast the anchor bolts! What else can be done?
Following the approach of secondary pouring, first digging out the \"reserved holes\" and then pouring the anchor bolts in place seems to be the best solution
Separate with anchor bolts, then continue the connection. This method is included in the installation manuals for many devices
If the tower is too tall, exceeding 20 units, it must be poured anew.
If the tower diameter is small and the height of the tower is not great, some margin for welding can be reserved after calculation
It is not recommended to cut it off and re-weld it; it’s better to start over
If it is necessary to modify the anchor bolts, a hole cleaning machine can be used to remove the misaligned bolts, after which the concrete can be poured again.
If the deviation is not significant, it’s easier to deal with the tower base plate; it’s best to reinforce it as well.
