Seeking help with stamping head issues.

The heads stamped by our factory are of the small diameter type, and the material used for these heads is mainly Q245. Most of the outer surfaces of the straight edges have dents, and the straight edges are wavy and not round. I don’t know what the reason is. Is it due to insufficient hardness of the lower die, or was the die not cleaned before stamping, or something else? The mold was made by ourselves, made of 45 steel, and has not undergone heat treatment.
Dent – caused by the mold not being cleaned properly. Wave-1: The pull tab does not match the corresponding component. 2: The force applied by the crimping rod is insufficient
If it’s not round, it’s probably because the upper and lower molds aren’t aligned
