I believe in the Daoist and Legalist philosophies of China; I think that, with strict regulations and firm enforcement, combined with the principle of non-interference, this approach can be very effective in any field. I have led several sales teams, managing them using this philosophy. The sales performance has been good in all cases, and the relationships among team members are also excellent; to this day, the salespeople I used to manage all maintain very good relationships with me
What the people of this country lack now is faith; it is a nation without faith
I think Confucianism has had a significant influence on me, and I also hold strong beliefs in the Doctrine of the Mean. In dealing with others, know when to stop; choose the right occasion for speaking and acting.
Buddhism has a significant influence on me these days; sometimes, reading about Buddhist teachings does bring comfort to my mind. But I won’t become a monk, as I already have a wife and children whom I am responsible for. I need to find ways to earn money so that they can live better
In our time, what is learned is how to handle social situations, what is cultivated is opportunism, what is promoted is hypocrisy, what is praised is degeneracy, and faith is unknown
Two words: emptiness! What should I do?
There’s no such thing as faith; one should just act in a way that leaves one’s conscience clear
Ah! 30 years ago, it was me for everyone; now it’s everyone for me. A nation lacking faith will only produce an indifferent next generation
In elementary school I wanted to drive a Ferrari; in middle school I wanted to drive an Audi. In college, I thought I’d buy an Opel Astra. Now, as I’ve just started in this industry, all I want is a moped. It’s too difficult to get started; faith has long been buried in memory
Don’t generalize! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
What we really lack now is faith; everything is centered around money these days, and faith has disappeared somewhere.
