Commissioned by a well-known company, we are seeking senior talents in the field of coal chemical engineering. The specific requirements are as follows: I. Plant Manager Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher, in a field related to coal chemical engineering or chemistry, with a title of senior engineer； 2. More than 7 years of production and operation experience in large-scale (100,000 tons/year) coal chemical enterprises ； 3. At least 5 years of work experience as deputy plant manager in large-scale (100,000 tons/year) coal chemical production facilities ； 4. Possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, management skills, as well as analytical and judgmental capabilities ； 5. A strong sense of professionalism, resilience in the face of difficulties, and ethical standards in work. II. Chief Engineer: Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in coal chemical engineering or related fields, and the title of Senior Engineer. Male, aged 35–50 ； 2. At least 7 years of experience in the coal chemical industry, with over 3 years of experience serving as chief engineer or deputy chief engineer on large-scale coal chemical projects ； 3. Master advanced process technologies and equipment in the coal chemical industry ； 4. Possess strong organizational and management skills. III. Manufacturing Director: Qualifications: 1. Major in coal chemical engineering, bachelor’s degree or above, senior engineer ； 2. Proficient in coal chemical industry-related production processes and workflows ； 3. More than 5 years of work experience in relevant positions ； 4. Possess strong research capabilities, management skills, and innovation abilities.
