To be honest, there aren’t many positions in the calcination workshop that involve less physical labor or are less demanding. The belt-conveying role (if such a position exists there) involves fewer responsibilities, but it requires no technical skills at all. Would you be willing to take on that job?
Young people should learn to endure hardships; suffering is a form of blessing. Only by withstanding trials and challenges can one go further
The recycling position is okay, but it’s usually done by women.
It’s better to start from the grassroots level; the control room is preferable as it offers access to many different positions, which prepares one for working as a boiler operator in the future
The current production processes and equipment have seen a qualitative leap compared to the past, making normal production much easier； So it’s better to go to the control center.
I still suggest you take on a different position; definitely don’t stay in the calcination role, as it will make your hair turn very yellow. If you don’t believe it, give it a try; within three to five years, your hair will turn yellow, even yellower than after dyeing it. :lol
