Founded in 1947, Morisou Industry Co., Ltd. has, through 60 years of operation and continuous growth, established a comprehensive service network in Japan that covers research and development, manufacturing, and sales. With 16 offices, 5 manufacturing plants, and research facilities, its production and business activities extend throughout Japan, making it the largest manufacturer of stainless steel equipment in the country. In 1990, Morison Industry Co., Ltd. turned its attention to China and invested in establishing its first subsidiary there – Shanghai Morison Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. This company specializes in the production of containers and equipment made from various special materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys, as well as nuclear power equipment and mixing equipment. It also undertakes system engineering projects, and its products are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, nuclear power, and electronics. Over the past 10 years or so, Shanghai Senson has made significant progress and development, demonstrating excellent localization capabilities. It became the first Japanese-owned enterprise to be managed entirely by Chinese employees. Subsequently, it established Shanghai Senson Pharmaceutical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Senson Environmental Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Senson Mixing Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Senson Chemical Plant Equipment Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Senson Process Equipment Co., Ltd., thus forming a group company structure. Furthermore, in 2008, the Sensong Group established Sensong (Jiangsu) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Sensong (Jiangsu) Offshore Oil Co., Ltd. in Rugao City, Jiangsu Province
