How to deal with a blocked check valve at the centrifugal pump outlet?

One of the centrifugal pumps in our factory has not been in use for over several years; lubricant was added to its interior to prevent rust. When it was put into use recently, it was found that the check valve at the pump’s outlet was not functioning properly. Since this check valve is not connected via flanges but is welded to the pipeline, is there any effective way to fix it so that it works again?
Can the check valve plate be seen at the pipe outlet of the centrifugal pump? You can try pushing it with something to see the extent of corrosion
It is recommended to find an opportunity to replace it with a flanged valve.
How could I not think of maintenance during installation? It seems the only option is to remove the pump
