Dear experts, who is aware of the policies set by the National Development and Reform Commission regarding benzene hydrogenation and tar hydrogenation? What are the minimum scale requirements for projects approved currently for benzene hydrogenation and coal tar hydrogenation? ? It would be great if there were the original text of the policy. I was frustrated – I tried to find it on my own for a long time. It turns out it’s already mentioned in the regulations regarding coking operations. Our manager is really thorough; for coal tar hydrogenation, the capacity must be no less than 150,000 tons per year, and for benzene hydrogenation, advanced technology must be used, with a capacity of no less than 50,000 tons per year
