Is the temperature control of the reboiler set at the boiling point of the mixture?
I understand you—Is the temperature of the reboiler the same as the boiling point of the mixture? (The word “control” was removed.) If that’s the case, the statement is basically correct. Generally, the reboiler temperature is not controlled; instead, the temperature (or pressure) at the bottom of the tower is controlled, so that the reboiler temperature will correspond to the temperature at the bottom of the tower.

It should be related to the discharge from the bottom of the tower; if what is discharged is the product, it must also be related to the physical properties of the mixture
