Air supply issues in coking furnaces

Our plant has three coking furnaces, one blower, and one exhaust fan. But there is one problem: the furnace farthest away from the blower and exhaust fan does not receive enough air supply, which leads to incomplete combustion and an inability to raise the furnace temperature. I ask my colleagues to share their opinions for improvement
Adjust the butterfly valve closest to the drum blower and induced draft fan to a slightly smaller position, open the butterfly valve farthest from them, and set the middle butterfly valve at an appropriate level
At the blower outlet, there are two exits: one leads to the two furnaces A and B, which are located closer by, while the other leads to furnace C. The air supply to these three furnaces is regulated using two large inlet butterfly valves.
