In chemical engineering design, the design of heat exchangers is quite complex and challenging; therefore, it’s necessary to approach this task with care – simply enlarging the heat exchanger isn’t sufficient. It’s important to calculate parameters such as the vibration frequencies of the fluids inside and outside the heat exchanger, as well as the heat transfer losses. It’s better to engage a design firm to handle this task, as otherwise problems may arise during use, which could be troublesome. This suggestion is for reference only.
