In the newly built catalytic unit of our plant, a weight valve is installed below the fine swirl legs of the settler. Is it better to use a weight valve or an air valve? What is the basis? The flap valve manufacturers say there are two types: full coverage and partial coverage. Those who are familiar with this topic, could you please explain the differences between these two types? Which one is commonly used nowadays?
