Who knows about the technologies related to the production of crude phenol by decomposing sodium phenate using carbon dioxide as an acid source in the extraction of phenols from tar, as well as the manufacturers (both domestic and foreign) and the current status of these technologies?
Reply to 1# mqy0502: You are referring to the decomposition of carbon dioxide, but after three rounds of decomposition, it is still not the final crude phenol, as the pH value can only be adjusted using sulfuric acid.

Using carbon dioxide for decomposition doesn’t seem to yield very good results, but it is a trend. PH also needs to be adjusted with some acid
Look at the source of your carbon dioxide and its concentration; if the concentration is low, the decomposition effect will be poor, but ultimately some of the phenoxide salts still need to be decomposed using sulfuric acid

Reply to 9#: I don’t understand. We use gas, and sometimes natural gas as well; the air supply is provided by forced ventilation using recycled exhaust gas.
