Currently, I’ve heard of a method for producing lithium carbonate using table salt along with other reagents in lithium mica mines; could that expert provide some guidance on the technical parameters for production? Besides the acid and alkali methods, let’s discuss them together. Thank you.
Lithium mica is commonly used to produce lithium salts through the limestone sintering method.
The general production process used in our factory is as follows: roasting, acidification, impurity removal and purification, lithium precipitation, thickening, centrifugation, carbonization, thermal decomposition, thickening, centrifugation, drying, grinding into fine powder, and packaging. Recently, issues such as excessive particle size and caking have occurred, resulting in multiple customer complaints. I really want to share my experiences here with everyone.
You can look up patents for this. Each company has applied for protection, so it’s hard to say here.
