What problems are likely to occur with coal feeders during normal operation?
What type of coal feeder is it? Used in that type of furnace? It seems to be used more in fluidized bed systems. Common problems include coal clogging, coal interruption, flue gas backflow, and inaccurate metering
Original poster: May I ask what kind of coal feeder is it? There are screw feeders, scraper feeders, belt feeders, and so on. The coal feeder is different, and the accidents that occur with it are also different.

With spiral coal feeders (Ende furnaces), coal caking occurs, and gas flows back inside the furnace. Or it may get stuck (due to iron or other objects getting stuck, too much pulverized coal, etc.). Regarding the coal feeder, the current is unstable (it shuts down when it becomes too high). What are the possible causes of this? Thank you all

Can an air injection pipe be installed at the coal feed screw outlet? It can prevent backflow of air from the furnace to a certain extent. (It’s not necessarily gas that comes out!) ? It is likely flammable yellow smoke, as you are burning long-flame lignite. The coal feed screw can wear out and scrape against the walls after being in use for a long time, so regular inspections are essential. The proper functioning of components such as electromagnets in belt conveyor systems (preferably of level 2 or higher) and screen plates helps to prevent debris from getting into the screw.
