Help! In PDS, how to annotate 2D drawings from 3D models
I’m not quite sure; is the poster referring to a plan view?
I see; it means that after extracting the plan in DGN format from the PDS model space, in PDS’s Drawing Manager, the lines have device attributes, allowing device labels to be added to that DGN file. However, when the DGN format drawing is opened directly in MicroStation, the device properties cannot be obtained.
There’s no way around it; the 3D model must be converted to 2D first before modifications can be made
Reply to 3# jyj982001: You’re still talking about the standard plane; P. Hehe, when you open it using MS on your own computer, the pipelines and equipment certainly don’t have any attributes, because it’s opened directly without being connected to a database.
This can only be done by creating a plane in PDS and then marking it with PD-Ortho
