Problems with flat plate filters

Our company needs to use flat-bed filters to filter the solutions we use. However, during winter the workshop has to operate its ventilation system, which results in low indoor temperatures; this makes it very easy for solids to precipitate out of the solutions as they pass through the flat-bed filters. I’m currently using a hair dryer to heat it in order to prevent the issue of solid material precipitating. Do you have any good tips? Thank you first

Reply to 1# sjzzzj1228: Solving this problem involves selecting the right equipment; it can be said that this type of filtration is not very suitable for your operating conditions. If the equipment has already been purchased, insulation could be considered as a solution. If the equipment itself cannot be insulated, you can create a closed box around it. Or use a different sealed filtration device. Further details can be discussed; it’s quite similar to the project I’m working on in Beijing – they replaced it with a set of sealed equipment.
