If circulating water is used as the cooling medium for the plate heat exchanger, our design takes into account an outlet temperature of 45~50°C for the tower.
It is usually chlorinated water after washing, which is then subjected to further washing through heat exchange; this depends on the number of titanium coolers available, which in turn depends on the production volume. If there are two titanium coolers, the outlet temperature is generally 40-50℃
Below 40 degrees, it certainly cannot be lower than the temperature required for titanium cooling (12–15 degrees); otherwise, the chlorine water tends to crystallize.
The actual temperature is close to that of the circulating fluid, which in turn is related to the cooling water used for circulation; it is generally around 45 degrees. Consider leaving some margin at 50 degrees

We keep it below 45°C; in the southern summers, it can reach 50°C. In fact, it is sufficient to keep the temperature of titanium at around 12°C after cooling. Of course, if the temperature at the outlet of the scrubber is low, the cooling load is reduced, energy consumption is lower, and it is more economical.
