HGCAD and CAD compatibility

When HGCAD software is installed in CAD software, some of its functions change. Such as the color of the lines, etc. Let’s discuss the compatibility issues between HGCAD and CAD.

I haven’t used HGCAD, but I do have a small suggestion for the issue you raised: open your CAD template file, reset the line styles for the relevant layers, and then save the file – that’s all there is to it.
Simply open the HGCADSetup.lsp file located in the HGCAD/CONFIG directory using Notepad, modify the colors of the layers specified in it to those you prefer, and then copy the gbeitc, gbcbig, and gbenor fonts from Autodesk’s FONTS directory to the HGCAD directory to replace the original fonts.
Can HGCAD be installed on CAD2012? Has anyone succeeded in installing it? Thank you
In the config file, the line style and color can be modified; the fonts used should be those from the software rather than those from AutoCAD
There are tutorials available online on how to modify HGCADSetup.lsp, but they are simple and not comprehensive enough; I’m hoping someone experienced will provide an explanation
