A few days ago I went to Yanshan Petrochemical for a visit. When I entered the compressor unit building, the vibration there was so severe that it seemed like the building might collapse. It turned out that those compressors were of domestic manufacture; later I saw an imported compressor, which was indeed much quieter than the domestic ones. It seems there’s still a big gap between us and them – we need to keep working hard

There is a gap, but I don’t think the issue mentioned by the original poster is related to the equipment; it’s more likely a problem with operation, maintenance, and management. It should be noted that the standards for vibration assessment grades are the same both domestically and internationally.

It’s basically true. It’s just that different units have different functions, right? The noise of piston machines is certainly different from that of centrifuges and screw compressors as well
