Problems with the cleaning of native polysilicon

There is a batch of native polysilicon, and after undergoing the normal acid washing process, large areas of blackening appeared on its surface; acid treatment had no significant effect, so now alkali washing is being used. But considering the issue of losses, I would like to ask what this black oxide might be, and whether there are any better ways to deal with it.
After pickling, it must be immediately rinsed thoroughly with pure water, dried right away, and must not be exposed to air. The black color on the surface may be due to oxidation.
