What do the figure numbers in the PID diagram represent?

For example, in 10101-100-02-310-001, I only know that the first 10101 is the project number, 100 is the plant area code, and the last 001 is the drawing sequence number; I don’t know what the other two numbers mean! Please give me some advice!
