I’m not sure if you’re referring to the steps of water intermodal transport Here, when using methanol for operation, the water is drained after a period of time of operating in conjunction with water; the purpose is said to be for flushing.
There is a process before driving; in addition to checking the functions of the instruments, it also serves to clean the equipment and pipes. The method involves using demineralized water in place of methanol in the circulation process; the water at the bottom of the pre-tower is heated and evaporated, and after condensation it enters the reflux tank, thus achieving the minimum reflux for the basic unit, with the remaining steps following in sequence!
"Heat and evaporate the water at the bottom of the tower; after condensation, it enters the reflux tank. By evaporating the water, could the temperature and pressure at the top of the tower exceed the design values?
It’s not water transport; it’s the flushing that takes place after purging, before water transport. I want to ask what to do with the flushing fluid in the return system?
