Mechanical issue---concentricity of cylinders

This post was last edited by Black gold on 2010-11-13 08:43. There are two concentric cylinders; the key parameter indicating the degree of concentrism between these two cylinders is which dimension. If the 3 cylinders are concentric, how should the other parameter be determined? The cylinder with the middle diameter serves as the reference cylinder.
