As suggested by the forum, this section will carry out a weekly or daily question activity. My opinion is that posting one question per day is too frequent; I suggest having one question per week, which should be recommended by the moderators. This way, more people can discuss the question, and after a week, the moderators can vote to select the best response and award it a higher reward. If anyone has any different opinions, please share them

Let’s start by trying one question per week; at the end of each week, in-depth replies will be evaluated and those that merit it will receive rewards. It might be a good idea to create a dedicated thread on the forum to list and reward users who actively participate in in-depth discussions each week. As for the topic of discussion, I’m an outsider; you professionals in methanol synthesis can give it more thought.

The scope of the topic is limited to issues related to the synthesis of methanol and other alcohol-based products, such as processes, equipment, operational aspects, catalyst technologies, and basic theoretical knowledge. The standard answer is determined by the question setter; some questions may not have a standard answer either – there are just different opinions. As long as there is in-depth discussion, rewards can be given. The specific reward rules shall be followed as determined by the site administrator.
How are the best replies chosen? Everyone, share your opinions
