The designed temperature of the oil furnace is 320°C, while the operating temperature is around 280°C. What kind of valves should be installed on the pipes?
This temperature is not too high; generally, it is sufficient to use a high-temperature resistant stop valve, and that’s what we use here. You just need to provide the process parameters to the manufacturer.
Valves that can withstand high temperatures will do; we use wedge gate valves (which can handle such temperatures).

When setting the valve, just pay attention to the packing; the temperature is not very high.
Choose high-temperature resistant welding stop valves. However, a few people also use flanged valves. I think welding valves is safe.
